EUROGIP carries out studies and surveys on topics related to current events, but also according to the needs of its founding members (CNAMTS/DRP, INRS) and the European Forum of the insurance against accidents at work and occupational diseases.
Two themes have been particularly discussed:
In addition to this, topical notes were published, e.g. on early retirement for workers exposed to asbestos in Italy or the occupational withdrawal prevention in Europe (made at the request of the CNAMTS/DRP) or occupational injuries insurance in non-EU countries (Japan, the United States, Switzerland).
These countries - Germany, Denmark, Spain, France and Italy - were chosen because they are representative of diverse but mature insurance models and four of them (except Germany) show an interest in the issue of under-reporting of occupational diseases.
